Murano Glass is a type of glass produced on the island of Murano in Italy. Products made with Murano Glass are completely handcrafted. No molds are used. For this reason, ONE PIECE can be produced from each product - since there is no hand repetition - and then it cannot be made from the same model again. Stay tuned for more designs special to you!

Return Period: Purchased products can be returned within 14 days after receipt.

Return Conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products: Products that are specially designed or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Refund: Once the return is approved, payment will be refunded within 7 business days according to the payment method used.
